MSC Clinic Weather (or Other) Cancellations
Participants in the MSC Wednesday clinics should call the hotline number, 412-320-4001, after 5pm each Wednesday to see if there are cancellations related to weather or other reasons.Play-Up/Play-Down Requests for Fall 2009
For the Fall 2009 playing session, MSC is making the following clarifications to its standing play-up policy.
- The deadline for all travel play-up requests was 15 June.
- All in-house play-up or play-down requests must be received by the MSC registrar by 15 July.
- A parent or guardian must attend either the June or July board meeting for travel play-up requests.
- A parent or guardian must attend either the July or August board meeting for in-house play-up or play-down requests.
- No other play-up or play-down requests will be accepted until after the fall session.
Training Opportunities
Please remember that we post training opportunites on the web site. These are not all sanctioned by MSC, but are provided as a service. At the moment we have information on programs with the Pittsburgh Football Club, the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and the Allegheny Force Football Club.
Registration for 2009-2010
On-site registration for the 2009-2010 season has concluded. Registrations should be submitted to the address on the registration form (link below). Registrations for travel teams will be accepted on a space-available basis.
The registration fee is $80 for in-house play, $110 for travel and $145 for both. All new players and all first-time travel players need a copy of their birth certificate. Children must have reached their 4th birthday before the 1st of August in order to be eligible to play in the 2009-2010 season.

Risk Management
MSC has adopted a new Risk Management Policy. Parents and guardians should familiarize themselves with it.
PA West parental consent forms are available in either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. These must be completed for all U9 players who are playing travel soccer and for all U10 players who are playing on a U11 or U12 team.
