MSC Parents & Families,

If your child is interested in playing U10, U12 or U14 Travel soccer this Fall 2021, MSC would like to invite him/her to attend the MSC Travel Team evaluations.  Below is a list of the Who, Where & When answers for this year’s evaluations: (All parents will be required to stay in the parking lot during evaluations)

2008 U14          June 9^th & June 15^th,  6-8:30 pm    Monroeville Park East

These tryouts will be used to assist in creating competitive Travel teams to compete against equally competitive Travel teams from other communities.  All players MUST attend at least 1 tryout.  A Travel roster spot is never guaranteed and players who do not attend will not be offered roster spots over those that do attend a tryout.  This tryout is an essential tool for objective evaluation. 

You must register your athlete online by going to our website www.monroevillesoccer.org & completing the Travel registration before 6/7/21. There will not be registration available the night of the tryouts.  Registration will be open starting on May 17^th.

If your child decides to play on an in-house team only, there is no reason to attend tryouts.  Traveling is mandatory as a Travel team player & parents/guardians must provide or arrange transportation to and from each game.  Depending on the teams registered & division, travel destinations could include Indiana, Pittsburgh, Kiski, Altoona, West Virginia, etc. 

If your child is not chosen to be on a Travel team, he/she will be placed on an MSC in-house team for the upcoming season.  If for any reason your child cannot attend either evaluation, please email the registrar at: [email protected] to explain your special situation as well as any questions you may have.
