MSC Bylaw change

A bylaw change was proposed and passed at the Annual Meeting on 12/4/2019. The change is to Article VI, Section 2 of the bylaws - which covers Elections. The change is to update the process for election of officers for the upcoming year so that the new officers for the upcoming year will be elected at the annual meeting, after the election of board members, and will take effect starting on January 1 as opposed to the first business meeting in January. A copy of the updated bylaw will be posted in January under the About Us - Important Documents section of our website.
