Voucher Refund Options
To obtain your $20.00 refund you must complete one of the following options. They are on a first come, first serve basis, so if you want to volunteer for something special you should sign up as soon as possible. If you have an expertise at something that you don’t find on the list, and feel that it would help out the Club, please see a board member.
Board Member – 2 year commitment
Coach – 1 year commitment of coaching a team
Assistant Coach – 1 year commitment of helping to coach a team
Manager – 1 year commitment of managing a travel team
Field Maintenance – 1 year commitment of checking each field for playing conditions, making sure fields are lined, responding to complaints about fields/conditions
Lining fields – at least twice a season, fall or spring
Working the concession stand – at least 4 hours, this can be done 2 week nights @ 2 hours each or 1 weekend day @ 4 hours, must be done during one season only
Clean up around the fields – 1 day of putting out the garbage cans, emptying them, probably at least 2 – 3 times during the day
Age Group Coordinator – 1 year commitment
America’s Cup – this is held once a year, responsible for coordinating with coaches
Director of Coaching – 1 year commitment, working with PA West to find camps and training sessions for coaches and players. Continued communication and evaluation of coaches.
Permits – obtaining permits from Municipality, county and school district for fields, 2 times a year (fall and spring)
First Aid Kits – obtaining and distributing first aid kits for each coach and field
Uniforms – help with the ordering and distribution of uniforms (fall and spring)
Photographs – coordinate pictures in the fall for each team, distribute forms and pictures
Awards – coordinate awards in the spring, order and distribute to each in house team
Practice Field Coordinator – coordinate the practice field times with coaches, fall and spring
Referee Coordinator – help coordinate in-house and travel referees, call and schedule each week
Webmaster – handle the web site, updating board information, newsletter, practice field time, schedules, referee schedules
Indoor Coordinator – obtain indoor facility, schedule indoor time with coaches that want to use the facility, send out monthly schedule, October through March
Summerfest and Monroeville Night Out – coordinate booth at either event and find volunteers
Volunteer Coordinator – 1 year commitment, coordinate with concession stand coordinator and field maintenance coordinator to make sure there is help in concession stand and help with the lining of fields and cleaning up of field areas

All forms must be turned in no later than the last week of each season. Reimbursements will be made at the end of October or end of June.
